Keyword Search Tips
1 word	When one keyword is used, the search will return all profiles that contain that keyword, sorted by rank.
2+ words	When more than one keyword is used, the search will return all profiles that contain all or some of the keywords. Profiles that have all keywords are rated higher. Then the list is sorted by rank. For example: investment banking Will return profiles with investment or banking or both words present. Profiles with both investment and banking in them are rated higher.
"	A phrase that is enclosed in double quotes will return only those profiles that have that exact phrase in them. For example: "investment banking" Will return profiles with the phrase investment banking. "investment banking" analyst Will return profiles with the phrase investment banking, the word analyst, and profiles with both the phrase and the word.
+	A leading + sign before a word indicates the word MUST be present in the profile. For example: +investment banking Will return profiles with the word investment in them. The word banking is optional. +investment +banking Will return only profiles with both of those words in them (in any order). +"investment banking" analyst Will return profiles with the phrase investment banking. The word analyst is optional.
-	A leading - sign before a word indicates the word MUST NOT be present in the profile. For example: "investment banking" -analyst Will return profiles with the phrase investment banking as long as the profile does not also have the word analyst.
*	A trailing * indicates a wildcard. The search will return all results that complete the word. For example: bank* Will return profiles with words like banker, banking, bank, etc.
