Participated as part of the hospital steering committee for Quality Improvement. Directed the application process for a certificate of need for additional extended care beds. Managed the planning process and start-up of both a $7.5 M and $3.8 M construction project. Assisted in the start-up and ongoing operations of the hospital’s first owned physician practice.
