Client Services Representative
The primary focus of this position is day-to-day resolution of trade issues, customer account balancing and personalized account service to global institutional customers trading in Options, Futures, Equities and Securities. Work with clients, Account Executives and management to resolve customer trade problems. Do Periodic client visits and RTA demonstrations. Also participate in committees and work groups related to special projects. Responsible for reviewing and approving various reports and entries, knowing and understanding the effects of these reports and entries on the client, Account Executive and the firm. Responsible for daily balancing of assigned customer’s accounts in options, futures, securities and stocks and all actions, reporting and verification that results in complete customer satisfaction. Monitor accounts and advise global customers, Account Executives and Traders daily of last trading day, first notice, option expiration, delivery date, etc. Interface with clearing and delivery department. Thus, responsible for reporting deliverable positions to management. Perform ongoing account analysis and monitor accounts for special conditions. Ensure all adjustments over a certain limit are submitted to Treasury. Input data in GMI treasury system including wire transfer, seg, nonseg, and meet the scheduled deadlines Advise management of unusual circumstances with any account. Maintain all account information in client files in GMI and update the procedure manual as requirements, client requests, or client changes occur.

Foreign Market Clerk
Serve as the primary contact for Foreign Fimat branches, Carrying Broker, Traders and Client Service Department. Resolve trade discrepancies, commission adjustments, and input customer debit / credit from foreign balancing. Assist with allocating breakdowns for specific foreign exchanges and monitor the flow of trades make sure that new accounts are open in Fimaclear. Running and reporting PCS to CME and CBOT. Monitor top day foreign trade processing and assist with EFP entry. Enter delivery entries and watch positions for all foreign exchanges and handle Offsets. Assist with Security Options and Swaps, billing, and data entry / middle office for foreign markets.

international derivatives communication and processing issues. Responsible for initiation
