Process bi-weekly payroll for 900+ employees for three separate Goodwill Entities. Process 1 monthly payroll for Texas Association of Goodwill. Process a bi-weekly 900 person non-seasonal payroll and an additional 500 during the summer. Process, print, fold and distribute payroll checks to 17 internal departments; prepare Federal Express payroll delivery for our Houston, Waco and Fredericksburg locations; prepare payroll distributions to be picked up by courier service on pay day for 21 external locations. Maintain and submit electronic payment for all garnishment orders, 403B contributions and 941 bi-weekly tax deposits. Provide Labor Allocation Reports for each department on a common drive. Process manual checks as needed. Process all expense reimbursements. Implemented new pay card system which will save in upwards of 18k annually. Process, print, fold and mail all year end W-2's. Provide ADP payroll training for new and transitioning managers. Perform bi-monthly in store audits.
Prior -
Conducted a needs analysis to determine appropriate product/service requirements for new or existing clients. Participated in project planning efforts for proper set up of product configuration or adaptation. Provided functional design guidance and accommodation of the client’s current rules, plans or procedures. Ensured accurate and timely conversion of ADP products through entire implementation cycle. Assessed the appropriate method and identified resources for the conversion of client data to ADP systems.

Reconciled Texas Workforce, health and 402k benefit statements. Checked and balanced all data between the Payroll system and Time and Attendance systems. Created voucher report for approval by office manager prior to check printing. Processed checks and sent payment to vendors. Posted transactions to journals, ledgers and other records. Discussed past due accounts with vendors.

Process 1099 for all vendor accounts, Implemented, tracked and maintained supply orders to set up departmental budget Provide quarterly training on accounting functions for new hires.
