In this role as Supervisory Program Analyst (YA-0343-3/3) you will use your knowledge and experience of DoD Intelligence programs and activities; missions, policies and objectives; and management principles and processes to:
• Manage start to finish projects including direct and control survey and audit verification and execution phases, perform research, survey planning, assistance in programming, and preparing complete debrief packages of large and complex areas in single or multi location and multi-government agency audits.
• Supervise operations and Auditors in the execution of annual audit plan objectives.
• Ensure that audits are conducted to satisfy objectives and in accordance with generally accepted government audition standards (GAGAS), Office of Deputy Inspector General for Auditing (ODIG-AUD) policies and/or GAO auditing standards.
• Prepare and staff draft and final audit reports and/or draft and final summary and/or trend reports.
Candidates will be evaluated on the level and quality of their experience and possession of the relevant competencies.

In addition to the basic qualification requirements, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level or band in the Federal service and be a citizen of the United States to qualify.
