To assist with tracking and reporting client-related transactions, including investor subscriptions/redemptions/transfers. To assist with various administrative tasks associated the onshore funds and work with offshore fund administrator’s shareholder services team regarding offshore client matters. To liaise with other departments within the organization regarding client-related matters. Qualifications: One to two years of experience with an investment management organization, preferably in a client service role. The candidate must demonstrate an attention to detail and organizational skills. Most deliverables will be deadline-oriented to both internal and external parties. The candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role will require interaction across the firm (e.g. Accounting, Compliance), and, as such, will require professional acumen and maturity. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with maintaining monthly client-related transaction reporting, including investor subscriptions/redemptions/transfers. With guidance of a senior team member, liaise with clients and their advisors regarding the processing of all client documentation including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers. This may include follow-up regarding status and completeness of documentation and funding. Assist with maintaining client, advisor, administrator filing, maintaining internal client/advisor database and periodic client-related mailings. With guidance of a senior team member, respond to periodic requests for information from clients and their advisors
