ITs a network Logo
 It requires 3-5 years experience in Operations or back-office support and a good understanding of the Futures Industry. Individual needs to have a working knowledge of maintaining a back-office system for listed derivatives. They will be responsible for insuring that UBIX runs efficiently and effectively for each and every Client he or she will be in charge of, and provide support for all Client helpdesk queries. Individual will liaise with Clients' users, IT team and Project Manager, and Chicago based support and developers. His responsibilities include to understand and to prioritize development, to take part to project implementation, to insure deadlines are maintained and results meet goals and expectations. They will responsible for escalation and documentation surrounding client requirements. He or she will report to Chicago's Head of Support. He or she must be client driven, flexible as hours vary depending on outstanding issues, especially since processing and upgrades happen on nights and weekends. He must be able to demonstrate a technical aptitude and be able to communicate effectively. Understanding of database basics, SQL queries, and market interfaces a plus. Spanish bilingual is required
