 Commissions & Fees manager needed for Chicago based financial services firm with operations in Chicago and New York. Candidate requirements include: 3-5 years of brokerage firm or financial services industry experience. Overall knowledge of the futures industry. Strong management and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong knowledge of GMI Back Office System and Microsoft Access Responsibilities include: Take charge of customer commissions and clearing and exchange fees. Actively work with brokers on new account set-ups and commission changes. Maintain commissions in the exchange fee system. Take initiative in resolving issues related to clearing and exchange fees. Facilitate customer account billing for various fees and charges. Manage 2 staff members in the department .
