$ 75,000 to 85,000

Position Summary
Manager, Federal Tax Audits/Projects is responsible for the following:
Manage Federal Tax audits, including participation in Compliance Assurance Program (CAP) and tax controversy work including appeals, advance issue resolution, letter rulings, etc. Serve as project manager and direct support to directors and senior managers on tax compliance and research initiatives related to Federal, state and international issues and related compensation issues.

Required Skills
**Bachelor's Degree required; CPA and Masters of Tax strongly preferred. **Minimum of seven years experience with Federal tax research, audit, and compliance. **Minimum two years supervisory experience. **Strong technical skills including; federal tax audit and controversy experience, tax research, compliance, and planning, ability to develop tax reduction ideas, strong project management, etc. **Must be able to successfully manage multiple large projects concurrently, as well as delegate as appropriate. **Strong knowledge of Financial Systems and US GAAP rules. **Excellent customer service and project management skills.
