Experience: A minimum of 3 years commercial credit experience.

Location: Scottsdale & Avondale, AZ

A growing, employee oriented local bank has an immediate opening for an experienced Credit Analyst. You would be getting in on the ground floor. This opportunity is a great chance for potential growth in your career.

Specifically, you will:

-Spread financial statements and prepare financial projections on Commercial Real Estate, C&I and -Construction deals ranging from $50,000-$1.7M.
-Obtain/analyze all necessary financial data using specialized commercial credit analysis software
-Help prepare simple and/or routine credit requests/reviews
-Communicate with credit applicants when necessary to develop information concerning their business needs and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk
-Interact with credit administration, servicing, operations, appraisal, legal, and other related personnel as needed for loan maintenance and/or troubleshooting
-Make recommendations to relationship manager for loan approval and terms
-Coordinate the ordering of documents and help document loans to evidence debt and to ensure perfection of the Bank’s security interest in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
-Promote satisfactory customer relations
-Remain current on changes in economic and/or market conditions that might affect credit risk
-Qualified candidate must have good accounting background with financial analysis acumen; excellent business writing abilities similar to stock analysts; familiarity with spreadsheet program to facilitate statement spreading; demonstrate independence in research, judgment and organization skills.
