Project Details:
Seeking professionals in the CHICAGO area and DETROIT area (with 1 team in Grand Rapids, MI). KCG will train you October 2-4 in San Diego, CA. Project is for 3 weeks October 8th – October 26th . The work week is Monday – Friday (could be longer than 8 hours). Travel/lodging expenses are paid as well as training days. Although we try to assign you locally, you must be willing to travel should we require you at another location.
The positions will involve observation within the bank branch, and data collection using handheld computers. Candidates must be available full-time during the entire duration of the study. Flexibility in your schedule is necessary. We pay very well for this type of work and if you are available and have the banking experience we desire, this could be an opportunity for you to earn very good pay!
Daily Rates:
There are two types of roles we are seeking…Daily rates are $250/day for observers and $400/day for Field collection leaders. The 3 training days are paid at a slightly lower rate.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE (minimum qualifications):
-Absolutely must have 1-2 years minimum as a Lead Teller or Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager (or equivalent) within a retail bank.
-Your schedule must be flexible and you must be completely available (no prior commitments) and willing to travel the ENTIRE duration of the project (10/2-10/26).
-Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to local area branches (or stay overnight for locations that are too far for a daily commute). We pay travel/lodging expenses.
-Must be familiar and comfortable with operating a computer including the ability to use Excel, Email, and the internet.
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and carry a hand held computer
-Maturity, a focused work ethic, a professional appearance, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail are necessary.
-Must pass a background check (credit/criminal)
-Must have a clean driving record
-BS/BA degree highly desired
Upcoming Projects: KCG conducts these types of studies throughout the year. We maintain relationships with our temporary workers and continue to use those who perform well on an ongoing basis.
