Bi-Lingual (French) Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a bright, energetic, entrepreneurial, and financially driven customer service associate who can speak French. Primary Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to incoming telephone calls and emails requesting investment, and fund information from financial intermediaries and individual investors regarding our family of funds
* Assist callers with their requests by utilizing your knowledge of financial markets and the various investment products
* Support and promote website and product initiatives.
* Provide literature fulfillment to current and prospective clients.
* Support marketing campaigns designed to launch new funds.
* Provide additional "value added" services to financial professionals such as performing actions beyond the stated need of the caller.
* Assist in projects to build and develop the team.
Qualifications
* Will possess NASD Series 7 (required) and 63 certifications (preferred); or ability to acquire certifications within three months of hire.
* Prior experience in call center operations - preferably with a mutual fund organization serving financial advisors.
* Dedication and proven experience in providing quality customer service
* Excellent verbal communication skills, including clear articulate speech and good listening skills.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* B.S. /B.A. in Business, Communications or related field, preferred.
* Strong problem solving and inherent decision making abilities.
* Ability to succeed in a challenging and fast paced reward driven environment
