Rapidly growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced recruiter to help build our Management Consulting Division of a firm that designs, develops and delivers high quality technology solutions. Our clients include Fortune 1000 and divisions of global companies with critical, revenue dependent business initiatives and complex IT infrastructures. Our management team is creative, strong and dynamic and is searching for that special someone who can manage an effective staffing program to recruit, engage and close high caliber candidates.
We are seeking the right match: someone with a combination of financial services, consulting and technology in their background who will help form and drive the culture the New York office. Someone who can work independently to grow the business as we expand our staff, who is creative in turning up new sourcing sites and networks, and who enjoys working with very sharp, reasonable and dedicated peers.

Core Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers and human resources in order to develop recruiting strategies for short and long term hiring goals.
• Responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates leveraging selected job boards, referrals, search engines, agency relationships, networking and direct sourcing.
• Participate in selected career fairs, outplacement activities and targeted industry events.
• Develop success profiles and candidate evaluation criteria to assist in the selection process.
• Coordinate the candidate seamlessly through the interview process, provide feedback, check references, develop and close all offers.
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting status.
• Build a recruitment pipeline that can be utilized to fulfill current and future needs.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
Education and Experience Required:
A bachelor’s degree plus 7 – 10 years of recruiting experience directly related to the Consulting, Financial or Insurance industries. Experience in both a corporate and agency environment is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self starter with a proven track record of successfully meeting designated hiring plans with sharp attention to detail and process.
