As a trainer you will be part of a team found in the forefront of technology as you will help define the future technological direction of the firm and guide the growth of all potential technologists.
One example of your responsibilities is coming up with guidelines to conduct a technology “boot camp” for new hires in the firm with the help of a very supportive & competitive team. The new hires will primarily be individuals who were top of their class as recent graduates with BS’, MS’, and/or PHDs from the most elite universities in North America. The “bootcamp” will run for 9 weeks & you will be required to come up with lectures that take 40% of the time & conduct project/lab work the rest of the time. You must have excellent leadership skills to handle a class of 20-25 bright students at a time. You are expected to jump in & get your hands dirty with the code, detecting bugs and guiding the students’ faults etc…
The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, with some background in leadership, training & mentoring of world class software engineers.
In addition this team of elite leaders is also responsible for create exciting client- facing applications, so you have a choice to stay VERY hands-on & work side by side with some of the best minds in the country. You will design proof-of-concept type applications, & will be thought of as the ‘guru’ for best practices – these will be followed by the entire firm in subsequent development!
This is a very important and extremely visible role that will be one of the top factors as your expertise will shape the future of these new hires (the outcome of these classes will define the direction of the younger generation of technology leaders)

Requirements
-Masters degree or PHD in Computer Science or Engineering
-strong C/C++ development skills with a strong UNIX background
-OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, memory management, OS concepts etc…
-Experience developing lectures or delivering Computer science focused training
-Excellent presentation skills - Passion for leadership
